Head Gasket Replacement Walkthrough - '95 4runner

I've got a 95 with the 3vze engine that needs its headgaskets replaced. They haven't blown, but are leaking like crazy with anti-freeze and oil coming out. I have very little mechanical experience and thought this would be a great opportunity to learn, but I've quickly found it to be pretty tough. Everywhere I see the process being discussed seems to skip over too much information for me. I hope to create a photo walk through which will cover much more of the process.
I'm working off a Chilton repair manual
My first question - directions say to "unbolt the power steering pump and position it out of the way with hoses still attached." Attached are two photos showing the 3 bolts around the the whole PS pump that I couldn't get undone. I think that the on circled in blue needs to be taken off, but the 2 reds don't, am I correct on that? If so do I need to take the pulley off and use something bigger than a hand wrench to get that off?
