going offroad in washington

going offroad in washington

i live in seattle wa and im new to 4x4 ing and i have n 87 truck with 2" ad-a-leafs in the back and 31" tires. i would like to go wheeling with it but no major trails because it is my daily driver.

basicaly i just want to use the 4wd and get it muddy!

what will this truck do ?

where do you guys recomend going around western wa?

Walker Valley near Mount Vernon has some great trails, kind ofa ride from Seattle though. The Rimrock lake area is also pretty good.

I would suggest joining nw-wheelers.com, there is a great deal of NW info, and lots of Toyota guys on the board. There's lots of wheeling around here, Tahuya State forest would suit you well, the loop there is catered to the less hard core. There's also Evans Creek, Elbe Hills, Reiter, and the places other people have mentioned.
