Gen 2 Grill Options

Is it possible to set a 90-91 Grill in a 92 4Runner? found one on eBay. Would you need a differant radiator support or anything? or would it just snap in?

I think it will, and would be worth a try to get some decent headlights (by switching from the trapezoidal ones to square ones)

I believe that the sheet metal behind the headlights are different for support of the light buckets. In addition, I think that the bumpers are slightly different for grille clearences.

In short, it would seem to be an all or nothing prospect to change (grille, lights, bumper, and modify the supporting sheet metal).

I don't think anyone has ever verified that, but since Molly's headlight adjusters are all broken, we may be looking into it soon. I don't see any reason to replace those POS headlights with anything similar...
