Gears

I'm gonna switch the gears in my 94 pickup with 22re. What would be best for it? Everything where I live is straight up or down, or muddy if that changes any thoughts.

What size tires are you running? for 33's, 4.88's or 5.29's.

4.88's for 33's, but at altitude, I might lean to 5.29's. (assuming you have a manual transmission)

Since you have to deal with snow, selectable lockers (ARB or Toyota e-locker) are the only way to go. Anything else will have pretty significant effects on the "streetability" of the truck on snowy roads. I have front/rear ARB and LOVE them.

You should do gears and lockers at the same time. The install is basically the same and NEEDS to be done by a professional who does it every day. By doing them at the same time, you basically get the gears installed for free.
