G52 to W56

I just found a local w56 transmission complete, from bellhousing to transfercase, with 156k miles. It came from a 87 4runner. I am just wanting to make sure if it will bolt right on. Can i use the same shifter boot? Will the hole in the cab match the shifters or will i have to cut it?

Might have to trim a little as the shifter is in a different place for the tcase, further back with a W56 since it is top shift.

W56 is supposedly a better transmission.
