Fuel injectors

I just finished doing a HG job on my 95 4runner. It ran great for a while, no noises, no check engine light, fired right up. Now I am having a problem with the fuel injectors staying in the injector rail. I have had three get pushed down so far that the o-ring unseats and fuel flows out of the rail on to the intake mainfold. Each time, I have pulled everything back apart, fixed the offending injector, and put everything back. Upon restart, the same thing happens, but a different injector is out. Any help is apprecitated

sounds like something is cock-eyed.... did you lube the o-rings before installation to help ease them in?

Hopefully someone will have a good answer for ya. I dont have too much experience with the 3VZEs. Best of luck!
