Ford to Jeep Wheel Compatibility?

I wasnt sure where to put this. I am looking into buying 20" aluminum rims from a friend that had them on a old F-150. I was wondering if the rims would fit on my 96' jeep grand cherokee laredo. Sorry if this is the wrong place for this, it was just a urgent question.

To be honest... there really might not be a good place to ask a Ford to Jeep compatibility question on a Toyota board.

But it's been moved to the Newbie Tech section. Hopefully someone will chime in.
