Flowmaster?

I have a 1990 pickup regular cab 4cyl 22r-e. Im looking to get a flowmaster exhaust but i cant figure out what sytem i need or where to get it. can anyone help?? Thanks.

just get a univ 40 series and have a local muffler guy build you a new cat back, get a header for a little more power-

mine w/ header to flowmaster

I have a flowmaster super 40 with a freeflow converter and it sounds and works great

40 is gonnnnnnn be louuuuud! i would say go with some a little less irratating...but if you can put up with it then go for it! I like my magnaflow...its real mellow, and its a 3 chamber design so inside the cab its practically quiet while on the outside its mellow. If you decide to go with a flowmaster and wanna something a lil more mellow...the 50 series is always a good choice, the 40 or 44 is going to be very loud

Flowmaster mufflers flow like crap. If your just after the sound then go for it ,if you are looking for performance then look else where.
Here is a flow test on mufflers & by all means search around & you will find several tests that show the same thing.

I just had the local shop put on a 2.5" Cat back with a Magnaflow. $236.00 total and it has a nice mellow sound.

What size magnaflow did you get? Big or small?
