few problems with questions

thanks for all of the help with the wheel issue and tire issue. i found a place that has retreads with full warranty . the tires are only $50.00 each for mud terrains. (treadwright.com) check them out they have good pricing.
anyway.
the problems i am having are driving me nuts. i bought this truck to have a fun toy. i drive it from time to time. i have a vibration at idle and low speeds. i looked at the motor mounts and the rubber is gone . so i'm going to replace them , no big deal. the previous owner took the a/c off and now there are some wires hanging . can i cut them off and cap them? i have a vacuum leak that i can't find. it sound like it's coming from back by the firewall on top. one of the vacuum lines has a screw shoved in it. i put a new fuel filter , new plugs, wires, cap ,rotor and shocks . i have a hiflow cat fir it . the weather's been to crappy here to install it. it also sounds like there is a noise coming from the clutch around 45 mph. it sounds like a very hard rubbing sound. if it is the clutch it seems like it will be a fairly straight forward install. i'm going to get the valves adjusted and the timing checked . will that help with the vibration? please help.i'll try to post some pictures of the engine . this truck is going to be my daily driver shortly. thank you for any info you may have.

if you have a vibration have your drive shafts rebalanced

he says its at idle and low speeds, not symptoms of a out of balance driveshaft.

forgot to mention i have a buddy that is going to check the timing and adjust the valves for me. i figured it's a good place to start after reading some of the other posts. i also priced a new clutch and flywheel. that will be getting done in a couple of weeks along with the motor mounts.
