I have a 1994 shortbed pickup and I want a new exhaust system, From what I've gathered, my choices for headers are Northwest Off-Road and LCE. Hopefully someone can tell me which one is better for me. The only other mods in mind are airbox/battery swap with cone filter, hopefully I can aquire a MAF from a supra, and I need some new gears since I got 31s.

and as far as mufflers, whats good to get if I want more HP/Mileage but not a rice burner sound. So for a muffler its between the stock replacement from partsgeek, or a nice brand name muffler, which one should I get?
