Efi missing

Efi missing
Hey guys, i bout an 04 4runner v6 a few months ago and just put new tires on it and all of a sudden im having leaks and shakes and all sorts of crap go wrong that the dealer never told me about on my first visit. My main question right now is.. i noticed that my efi no 2 fuse is not in the fuse box. . This cant be normal
