Drivers side window replacement
I just picked up an 89 extra cab pickup for my new toy. One of the small tilting windows in the front (sorry i dont know what the hell they're called) was busted out. I wanted to swap one out of one of my parts trucks but I have no idea how. Any help is much appreciated.

It's called a vent window.
I've never replaced one, but knowing Toyota, you probably have to remove the door panel, which is two screws in the arm rest, one in the latch. When you remove those, push the latch forward to unhook it from the door. Pop the bottom of the door panel loose and pull upwards.
Beyond that, I'm guessing there is at least one screw that holds the bottom of the vent in, but you're own your own

Ok so I just got done gettin the window out. The window its self is simple to remove, just take the screw holding the top of the window out and then slide the glass out of the bottom bracket. However, the top bracket on the truck the window is going into was broken and I had to take this off of my parts truck as well, and it wasnt fun. You have to take the entire door panel off, loosen the bolt that holds the front rail for the main window and pull the entire window frame down to access the two small screws that hold the bracket in place. It sounds simple enough in an explanation but it was a pain in the ass to figure out on my own. Hope this helps anybody in my situation.
