Shop up the street from my does dismount and installation for 6$ per wheel.. ended up paying a total of $45 to get my old tires off my rims and put the new ones on.. and that includes the price of an Identical 15x8 rim they had laying around($30). They are good guys.. Plus I got to keep the tires which came off the rims which are worth around $200.

I had a 36 dismounted and a new/used one mounted and balanced for like 6 bucks at walmart tire center. Took the guy like an hour to do it too, it was pretty funny. Walmart had to have lost money on that deal. Me-1, Walmart-0 hahaha
