coils spacers or coils?

I am looking to do a 2" lift with my 94 4runner. I have been looking at the kits and the main thing I am seeing is it uses either coil spacers in the rear or coils. Which is the recommeded option?

Welcome to Yotatech.

take a look at some of the stickies at the top of the 86-95 folder here: https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f116/
there are a couple of them that will answer your questions.

Good luck and have fun with your truck

coils. spacers work, but coils are a better choice.
