yesterday i left the gas station and suddenly started to bog/sputter and could hardly even get down the road, so once i got to where i was going i tried to pull the codes... the Check engine light was not working what so ever..
i let it sit over night and now its working.. got a code 12 Engine speed (RPM) sensor-circuit

but i'm just curious if the bogging/sputtering can cause that sensor to go haywire or is it actually the issue..
