Talking which car/truck has direct bolt bucket seats to put in a 89 single cab p/u

So im looking to swap out my bench seat for two buckets in my 1989 toyota single cab p/u. Any one know if there is another toyota where its a dircet bolt in with out any fabrication? i plan on visiting pick n pull and taking out two seats out of whatever model car/truck that has the same mounts as my 89 yota.

whats wrong with the seat thats in there? and modifying a seat bracket, really isnt as hard as it sounds. give it a shot! you learn from your mistakes, and you learn something new everyday

oh nothing is wrong! i would just like to sit a little lower being that my head hits the roof sometimes when i go over a bump or something. I also want to fit my 10'' subwoofer in between the two seats when i get there. I know theres a direct bolt seat out there somewhere! just dont know where!

Direct bolt in would be 4runner front seats, or pickup SR5 seats.

I put seats from a hyundai in mine, and they fit with some modification.

4Runner seats basically bolt it. Had to drill 2 holes to install them in my 94. I prefer the 93 Honda seats I put in my 81. Way more comfortable and only a bit of modding.

I only had to drill one hole, and play around a bit with the stock mounts, on my '89 Celica seats if you can find a pair. On the plus side, they definitely sit lower, so there's now several inches above my head and I can still easily see over the hood (I'm ~ 5'11")
