Build advice (05 SR5 4runner)

So I've been all over the site researching the ins and outs and I can't seem to find the thread with a detailed list of lift options and compatible tire sizes with/ without rubbing so figured if just ask. The truck will be my daily driver and id like it to be feasible enough for my wife to still drive/put a car seat in etc. but we're moving to Salt Lake City, Utah so it needs to be ready for adventure.
I plan on installing the Bilstein 5100 lift or an OME (3") but need to know what tires and wheel size will work. The attached picture is roughly the end goal I had in mind for stance.
Thanks in advance for any input

I have a Toyota pickup (1994) and I've got 31" tires on 15×10.5 rims and it looks great. Not too big of tires, fit well.

Thanks any pictures for reference?, reason I ask us the guy taking it to I showed that same picture to and kind of left wheels and tire size to his discretion being that I'm not too well versed in this , but he's trying to order 33's and mounting on an 18x9 wheel, I just thought that may be a bit big for a daily driver/rig?
