brake problems

Ok just bought my first toyota 3 months ago is an 85 4wd extra cab. The brake pedal will pump up and have resistance with the truck not running but when I start it the pedal goes to the floor and dose not regain any resistence the truck will stop but I have to push the pedal to the floor. I have replaced the master cylinder and bleed the lines and there is no change. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Russ

I had the same problem with my 72'. I ended up being that the booster was bad from the master cylinder leaking onto the face of it. After I replaced it, bench bled the new master, and then the lines, everyting worked again. It took months for mine to finally go out completely, but when it did, even pumping them or slamming the pedal to the floor, did nothing. $30 bucks at a junkyard is definately worth it.
