Antifreeze pouring out from exhaust

Hi everyone, can a blown head gasket make antifreeze pour out of the exhaust or do I have something more severe going on? After the first cold nite(28 degrees),I started my truck,as soon as it started to warm up antifreeze started pouring out of the cat & tailpipe.Probably half a gallon before I shut it down.I pulled the heads off and the Hd gasket at #1 cyl is baked and blown.I drained the oil and there is antifreeze at the bottom of oil pan but not mixed in with oil (no milkshake).Machine shop checked heads and no cracks, good shape. This is a 3vze engine. Thanks for your help!
