Alignment get thrown off when engaged in 4x4

I have a Toyota x-cab With Manuel hubs and when I throw it in 4x4 and drive, the tires look like this \.../

But the story is that I wAs wheeling up a steep rock and my tires didn't grab traction so I went again, but this time I gave it more gas and up it goes but also had little traction at the same time. The tires was slipping but still spending and I made it. After we were done I pull onto the road and notice my front tires was super wobbly. So I engaged it back to 2wd and the wobble was gone. Also when in 2wd the tires are straight and not like this \.../

So I do not know what can be the problem and any advice will be great. Thanks

Check your wheel bearings, if there loose or worn that could possibly cause the problem your having.

I can`t see how putting it in 4 wheel drive could alter the front axle.

You need to jack this up and see what is broke

I found the problem. The front diff is shot. I wAs checking all the bushings and what not and it all look good. Then I got to the axles and the passenger side was way wobbly. The gears on the inside is probably all grind up. Will I guess it's time to regear! hahahaha thanks all you guys for the advices.
