Just bought this truck and have noticed that in reverse that it slipped a little. Pulled pan to replace filter and oil. Found two bolts form valve body in pan. Replaced bolts and filter and added oil to correct level. Now truck will not back up with out racing motor up. Though may some one had added trans. additive before I bought. So iI added trans X to transmission. Helped a little. I can put transfer case in low and it will spin tires. Transmission has no troubles with forward gears. Shifts correctly. Lock up works and power button work. Do I need a rebuild or do I have valve trouble. I am not sure how the HYD two speed unit between transmission and transfer case work. Could this be trouble.
