Hey everyone, Im new to this group but look forward to chatting with y'all. I have a 99 4Runner that I recently changed the MAF sensor and O2 (bank 1) sensor, and did a tune up as well (spark plugs, wires, pcv valve, and cylinder 3 ignition coil). My issue is that it will start fine and run okay until it its warmed up and I stop somewhere and go to restart it. It will start and drive but it feels like the whole engine is shaking. Once the engine cools back down it runs fine. I had a situation the other day where it ran hot. I immediately turned it off and changed the thermostat and antifreeze in it. I haven't had any issues with it overheating since, but the engine still runs rough. No check engine light is on either. Any help with this will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

 

Run a scanner on it anyways. Chances are you have pending codes for a miss. This has been a somewhat common occurrence right now, myself included. The trouble seems to be dying injectors.
