I'm doing a vortex 5.7 swap. Swapping motor, trans, and transfer case over... along with wire harness ect. I am having trouble finding motor mounts and am open to ideas on what radiator to use. Also wondering if I'll have to cut anything out?

Make your own engine and frame mounts quite simple

 

Have you looked into VW 1.9 TDI diesel swaps?
