Hey everyone, I need some help! I recently bought a 1995 4runner with the 3.0 v6 and manual transmission it has 195k miles. It is very difficult to start after sitting overnight. I have put in new plugs, wires, cap, rotor, engine coolant temp sensor, cold start injector and all new fuel injectors. I took it to a local shop and they checked compression and fuel pressure both good. They told me the crank timing was off by 4 teeth but the belt was good. After they fixed the timing issue I still have the starting issue. They then told me all of my injectors were leaking as it sat overnight causing my cylinders to flood, I then replaced all my fuel injectors, and it made no difference! any help would be appreciated.

 

Maybe a bad/weak ignition coil and/or igniter? There is a way to check the resistance on them so I'd start there. no pun intended lol
