94 V6 Pickup intermittent starting issue

Hello, all and Happy Easter. I purchased a 1994 Toyota Pickup DLX V6 5-speed about a month ago and about a week after I picked it up it would intermittently take two to five turns of the key for the starter to crank, then it would start and act almost like it was flooded briefly before running fine. This doesn't happen every time and it's mostly in the mornings or after it's been sitting a while otherwise. Today it happened again, nothing after two key turns, I pushed the gas pedal to the floor once, turned the key and it started up fine, didn't seem flooded at all. My only theories right now are TPS sensor, maybe MAF. I seem to remember owning a fuel injected vehicle in the past where flooring the gas once activate something called "flood clear mode". Is there anything like that on these trucks? In the past I had owned a couple Tacomas, not sure now similar they are to these older models. Anyway, thanks in advance for any advice/insight and sorry for the long-winded first post.

Are you pushing your clutch in all the way? Or has the clutch start switch comes loose or needs some adjustment.

Perhaps it is time for new contacts in the solenoid.

Poor ground cables. Loose battery terminals

Any of those could cause those issues

lots of possibilities. Gotta find out what's clicking and where. Not all that clicks affect cranking.

How cranking system works is explained in link on my sig.

Look elsewhere. Those do not affect your cranking.

Happy Easter!
