If I'm throwing negative volts on ecu testing in the speed sensor, does that mean no ground?

or u got the leads backwards, but im not sure if it means u have no ground.

Haha. You were right. So on the tps there's a check I believe its E2 to Vta with throttle valve open. It's supposed to through out 4-6 volts and mine is throwing 3.87 could that little difference make my car not idle/die as soon as it starts.
