Question 90 4runner wont start

hi everyone. i have a 90 4runner with a 3vze engine, automatic tranny. its been running flawlessly for months. i had been using it everyday for several months. i didnt drive it for like a week, and now it doesnt wanna start. i replaced the fuel pump about a year ago.

one thing i noticed is that when i remove the air box from the throttle body, the inside is wet with gasoline. any ideas?

Does it crank over? If so it might be a bad coil inside distributor.

Where is the fuel filter located? I know on my camry its right around the top of tha air box. Where is the gas in the TB or air box?

if i give it some gas while trying to start it, sometimes ill get a backfire in the muffler and the throttle body pops, then smoke comes out
