88 4runner throttle position sensor

I have a 1988 22re, the throttle position sensor has moved due to one screw missing. How can I reset the sensor to its proper setting. Any suggestions would be appreciated..

Good time to rplace the stock screws w/ some allen head screws, will make it easier to adjust in the future:
