I recently purchased a rust free 88 extended cab 4x4 3.0 for 400.00 bucks. I'm now starting to have buyers remorse. When i bought the vehicle it would not crank(turn over was fine, oil looked ok). The guy I bought it from towed it and it sat on his lot for two years before I bought. So I towed it home and pulled fuel pump,replaced fuel filter, drained all the old gas out and put a new battery in and it won't fire up What am I missing? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

yes it fires and turns freely, it just won't crank
