I had a 22r in my truckk then a 2003 4.3 now what? I was leaning towards a 5.3 vortec.

Any one have any suggestions on a good reliable swap. I have a clean slate to work with and excellent wiring and fab skills. I'm not saying I'm the best there is just I'm not scared to take on a challenge lol.

Basically if you could do a swap what would you do, and why would you do it. I'm just trying to look at the pros and cons of other motors.

572 zz motor with a blower. I think it uses the same motor mounts.

 

V8 and be done with it lol. I wish I did

 

4.8 v8 Chevy more power then a yota needs and dam near bulletproof and cheaper then a 5.3
