85 rough idle or stall

85 rough idle or stall
I have an 85 toyota 4x4, 4 cyl that I purchased in january.
It was running fine up until recently. When i start it up it has no problems but when i release the clutch it starts to run really rough. when I push the clutch back in it goes back to a smooth idle.
I can let the clutch almost all the way up but once it reaches the last little bit it starts to run rough again.
Pressing on the accelerator increases the rpms but still sounds terrible.
Any suggestions?
