i see a straight front axle, so your truck is '85 or earlier? you want to keep the later model straight throttle body and plenum intake system that's on the '94.
also keep the engine wiring harness, cpu, all fuses, etc.
'94 would have the wider rear axle housing? i'd grab that if possible, also compare the '94 braking system to what you have now, because that white truck looks like it's a single-stage booster, you really want the large diameter dual-stage booster system that came in some later model vehicles.
there is a lot that could be upgraded here, depending on what you have.

the '94 should have a smaller diameter dual-stage brake booster, at the minimum... check the casting numbers on the calipers, also, are the pistons in the calipers different size diameters? if nothing else they might be good for a core charge trade-in.
rear end may not be an improvement after all: http://home.4x4wire.com/erik/diffs/#rear

S12+8 Solid rotor, staggerd pistons....
Some of the stampings are the same for solid and vented calipers, the only way to tell if it's for a vented rotor is by checking the distance between the pistons, one is obviously wider. 79-85 4x4 (solid axle) ALL pickups & 4Runner use the same caliper (solid rotor). S12+8 on the outside.
S12+8 Vented rotor with staggered pistons. 1.5" and 1.15" pistons....
86-95 4x4 (IFS) ALL models used a vented rotor. Staggered piston calipers are stamped S12+8 on the outside just as the solid rotor calipers. These are found on 4 cyl. pickups and 4 Runners.
S12W- Vented rotor with 4 larger pistons.....
Later 4x4 V6 4Runners AND pickups have the larger piston calipers. Not just the 4 runners. These have 3 fins on the outside. They are stamped S12W on the back.
