Hello everyone,why is my 80 amp alt fuse always blow, everytime i turn on my headlights and a/c?I've replaced the fuse like 4 times. The alternator is charging at 14 volts. And my 80 amp fuse gets really hot when the truck is on.What could be the problem?Thanks

 

Bad ground somewhere. Messed with electrical lately any?

It could also be a short-to-ground. Here is a reasonable plan for finding a short:
