80 amp fuse
 

Hello everyone,why is my 80 amp alt fuse always blow, everytime i turn on my headlights and a/c?I've replaced the fuse like 4 times. The alternator is charging at 14 volts. And my 80 amp fuse gets really hot when the truck is on.What could be the problem?:shocked:Thanks

Bad ground somewhere. Messed with electrical lately any?

It could also be a short-to-ground. Here is a reasonable plan for finding a short:
