hey there guys. im pretty new to Toyotas and iv been having some issues with my 92 runner. so basically i have the 3.0 and when i start it up cold it does not idle up for cold start, it does not idle up for any extra load on the motor even the ac. i have done a full tune up new coil/ignitor, knock sensor all new vacuum lines which i have checked a few times to make sure are all in the right place. so when i turn the fan on full blast with ac on and the lights on it bogs out and almost dies and when i try to give it gas it does nothin but bog out. i have replace the ac idle up switch. its got a new alternator and starter. i have tested both and are in great working order. i have tested the alternator line from the alternator to the bat and there is no prob with it. does anyone have any ideas as to where i should test next or what to do? i am lost right now.

 

is there power going to the idle up?

 

check and make sure the TB is clean

 

iv cleaned the tb a few times no change. even tried another one. and there is power going to the idle up valve. but i had some friends help me take a look at it and the previous owner screwed up the wiring harness.
