4runner radios interchangeable?

4runner radios interchangeable?
Looking to replace my broken 2nd gen radio, wondering if an stock 2002 radio would fit in my 93 runner.
Any knowledge on if these radios are the same dimension/could use some the same chords(power) would be great.

Make sure you get the amp from the 2002, since they are externally amplified and the amp from your 93 will not plug in.
As long as you do that, then it will work. Radio dimensions are exactly the same, amp sizes are roughly the same.
