4runner radios interchangeable?
Looking to replace my broken 2nd gen radio, wondering if an stock 2002 radio would fit in my 93 runner.
Any knowledge on if these radios are the same dimension/could use some the same chords(power) would be great.

I have a 2001 4Runner radio in my 1987. The wiring harness is still the same on my 2008 Tacoma.
Mine went like this truck harness to amp to radio

Make sure you get the amp from the 2002, since they are externally amplified and the amp from your 93 will not plug in.
As long as you do that, then it will work. Radio dimensions are exactly the same, amp sizes are roughly the same.
