3rd gen t4r water drainage

The small hole just in front of the driver's side door (can be seen with door open), just behind the wheel well is collecting water.

1) Is there suppose to be a drain hole there somewhere? The other side doesn't seem to have the same problem. When I bought the truck I noticed the driver's side hole was filled with mud. Not sure what this area is for...

Which brings me to my next question:
2) does anyone have a diagram showing all the drainage points on the vehicle? I found plenty of threads for the sunroof drains... I'm a visual person so I would really appreciate a diagram of all the different water channels. My previous vehicle had a leak inside that i didn't catch until my interior started getting moldy, so I'd like to double-check that water is draining properly though all the points.

3) Also, is there any preference as far as parking the vehicle (upwards slope, downwards) in terms of drainage? Will a steep enough incline cause a problem? I am on a slight decline (facing forward) and I notice when it's raining, water drips off of the frame (hoping it's not pooling in there) sort of in the area near the tranny/transfer case.

I've since discovered the question to ONE of my own question:
1) After blasting with a pressure washer, all the muck came out of the wheel well, so there is definitely a hole. I recently checked out a friends' 2000 and there was some rusting starting there, so probably good to clean out that area from time to time.

Still looking for answers for 2) and 3). Anyone?
