I'm looking to buy a rebuilt/reman 3.0 motor for my 93 4Runner. Who sells a good motor with a good price and warranty? Does anybody know anything about xtreme machine out of Carnelian bay, CA? They offer a reman motor with no core charge for around $2,000 shipped off of eBay. I'm from Tennessee and would love to find somebody in the southeast if possible for a decent price that has a good reliable motor but I'm not having any luck. Any suggestions? I looked at doing a 3.4 swap but would rather not go that route. I just want something that's drop in ready to go so I don't have much down time. Thanks

 

No were a motors at in western north carolina. One put together. Ones not but ready to go with new heads lifters valve springs all that jazz. Put together there not cheap.

Check your local parts stores. Autozone and advance. They offer decent pricing and a lot of times you can save 10-20% if you know the guys in the store and can sweet talk them. Also it makes for easy exchange and warranty. Not saying it's the cheapest route but might be the best option.

 

Rock auto sells reman long blocks around $2,600. Worth a shot.
