You only need to post once.

Maybe you should consider having a machine shop rebuild your engine. If you can pull your engine and deliver it the cost isn't too bad. It is worth the investment especially if you are a noob.

So are you going to tear it down to all its individual parts then bring it to the shop to reassemble? The only way to verify the piston bore is to measure the pistons with a precise micrometer. Someone may be able to tell you stock bore size of the 22RE but you will not know if your block has already been overbored and by how much. If it's been rebuilt before (?) then it will likely be overbored already. But how much? If it's been bored to the max safe amount over you may be out of luck.

If it hasn't been rebuilt, and hasn't been overbored you still may not know the size piston you need. A good shop will overbore the cylinders the minimum amount possible to get rid of any scoring/rust/scratches. You won't know how much they want to overbore it until you see the inside.

Same for the crankshaft and its bearings. Until you inspect that crank (and determine if it's even reusable/grindable) you won't be able to get the right bearing size.

If you take it to a shop and they're nice folks they may disassemble, measure, and tell you what you need to order. I think otherwise you're risking ordering a box full of parts that you can only use half of.

Make sure they check your head for cracking and for flatness if you're going to reuse it. Same goes for the block. If they mill the block make sure they mill the timing cover at the same time.

Sounds like you need a new machine shop.

You don't need 15 threads asking the same question.
