Hey all, new here and seeking some advice.. Recently my son in law decided to swop the cables jumping my daughters 02 4 runner.. Of course he is clueless.. Anyhow. I of course had to replace the 120 Alt fuse along with both ign fuses as they all blew. Now I have all the lights/check light on.. No code showing.. Yet now the throttle does not respond untill the pedal is about half to 3/4 way depressed.. Under the hood on the actual TB manually I get the same responce.. I am assuming some sensor or something else has taken a hit yet without a code I of course am lost. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
