#2 idler pulley
after putting in the knock sensor, and Manifold back on, when I went to put the #2 idler pulley back in the timing belt was tighter then when I took it out,, is that a problem ? also what is the tork on the 4 bolts that hold that on ? I don't now if the belt moved why'll doing the Knock Sensor, any input ?

What size bolts and markings?
Has the tensioner sprung?
all corners of the intake manifold even or un-even?
New timing belt?
Don't worry about the belt slip until your ready to align and tighten it down.
If you need the know where the marks go, here.

I don't know if the tensioner sprung or not and if it did what does that mean ? Corners of intake manifold is even , Timing belt looks good . the bolts are the ones that were in it , they look original . the belt came up a little and I just put it back in the groves and when I went to put in the #2 idle pulley it was tight so I had to put a little push on it to get the bolts started they tightened up.
