2 or 3in body lift

I have a 99 4runner limited 4wd with a 3inch ome lift and 285's i was offroading the other day and kept rubbing so i have decided to get a body lift to stop the rubbing. I just cant decide if i should go with 2in or 3in i have searched and checked pictures of both i just cant decide what size to go. I have read a couple people saying not to go over 2inches because of mods but from everything i see the 2inch and the 3inch both require the same steering mods and radiator drop kit. So what do you guys think i know alot of you a running a 3+2 setup and alot are runnin a 3+3 setup im trying to get some feedback on both setups before i order from 4crawler any help would be awesome

If you can measure and see. How? In short, see if you can find the combination of turning and suspension travel that causes the rubbing, then measure up from the tire to the fender and decide how far up that part of the body must go up to clear the tire:

first off looking at your profile, a 3" spacer lift in front isnt really OME, it causes some sag and may not actually give you a full 3" lift. secondly where are you rubbing? front, rear? have you trimmed the pinch weld or anything?
