Exclamation 1994 Toyota Pickup 327.000 miles

In the Past 11 Yrs about 200k Miles
The Auto TransMission Has Not Been Serviced
I Got The Truck In Jan And All n all It Drives Pretty Good
But When I check the Trans Fluid It does not look good at all , When It is cold out side and you drive it shifts Great in Drive,But After It warms up It hold Back some.I either have to turn off the overdrive switch to get it to move normally
Or i have to treat it Kinda Like A man Trans All Gears Work
My Big question Is. Will doing a fluid change At the Miles Its At Hurt it ? Like I said before When its cold out its great And it realy doesnt Slip at all It just takes longer to take off
Any tips Or Knowlegde About This Please
Thanks

Yes, I've changed fluid/filter and it's made a difference on a few prior Toyotas. It definitely is worth a try.
