1994 pickup wont start

My 94 pick up wont start anymore, was fine last night. I had turned it on earlier yesterday morning to put it on my driveway and a couple hours later would not start when I was head out for work. Radio, dash light, and headlights are all on and bright does not dim. When turning the ignition there is one click and does not crank or anything. I swapped out the battery for a new one(under warranty) and didn't work, I tried jumping the starter relay still didn't work. I also swapped out the starter( didn't work) just so I can eliminate what could be causing it to not start. Now im not to sure where to go from here on what is causing to not start. Please any adivce would be greatly appreciate it. Need it back on the road ASAP.

Is it a manual trans or auto? If manual, the clutch switch down by the pedal has to work when you step on the pedal or you can push the bypass if you have that. If auto, you have the neutral safety switch that has to close so trying to operate the shifter will sometimes get things working.

Where is the click? At the starter or inside the cab?

Do you have a meter to check if you get power to the starter when you turn the key to start?

I don't know if all trucks have the switch. All my 4x4's did. One 2wd of mine did not have one. It lets you bypass the clutch switch so you can start in gear. So make sure you're not in gear. Key has to be on, press the switch and turn key to start. Mine is on the dash to the left of the steering column. Google Toyota clutch start cancel switch.
