1990 6cyl missing

1990 6cyl missing
Once again, sons car on engine #3, took it to a toyota mech and they said, missing on cyl #3, compression of 25pounds. It does not smoke, it looks like it has had the heads off already. I ass-ume the other cyls are within tolderance.
How long can the truck run like this. Has been already for a few months.
