1990 4Runner lift

1990 4Runner lift
Anyone with links to places that sells suspension lifts for cheaper than $700 for '90? I'm looking for a 2''-4'' sus lift, and don't want to modify anything, or very much. I do not want a body lift, but i would like to pay the same for one. It just seems to me that 2nd gen sus lifts are more than other gen's, but I haven't researched a whole lot, just searching yahoo and checker auto.
I've looked at Downey's website for lifts, and also was wondering if just getting bigger coil springs would lift it. It doesn't list any prices( just call for prices), but i imagine it would be cheaper than a sus lift.
I currently have Rancho 5000's all-around, and just some cheap 31'' tires from Big O. Any ideas on good tires to go with a lift? I really like the Goodyear MT/R's, but heard real good and real bad things about them. BFG's would be fine, but i want to get something different than every other off-roader.
