1988 3VZE 4Runner CEL code?

Can someone make out this check engine code I’m getting? I’m thinking it’s 22 but I cannot tell for certain. Could it also be 11 and 22?

I need someone smarter than me to confirm this please and thank you: )

See link to the video below that shows the cel flashes.

To me it looks like code 11.

I don't have a code list for a 1988 3VZ-E handy, but if it is like the same generation 22R-Es, code 11 indicates a loss of power to the ECU.

You or someone else should confirm what code 11 means as I am not 100% sure, but Toyota was usually pretty consistent across different models.

Oddly enough I disconnected the battery to reset and I’m getting code 51 consistently. No more 11 or 22.
