1-2 inch 4crawler lift???

Ok here are me questions...

I'm considering a 1inch 4crawler spacer lift. I have an 89 1st gen 4runner with 31X10.5...4.10 and saying that way...

Will a 1inch lift allow more flex on the suspension for the 31'inch tires in a wheel wells???

Will I need to adjust steering colums and shifters or Break lines on a one inch lift...I dont think so on 1inch...

But 2inch???

Its only 40$ for the 1inch kit ...

I will purchase and install if I can get more space for flexion while off-roading...

I do not plan to high modify this car. It is an everyday driver. I do plan to do the following-

Sliders
Lockrite rear locker
soft topper
Maybe a 1-2inch BL if and only if I get more space for flex on the stock suspension...

THATS is IT wife will not allow more it can get very costly as you all know...

Thanks

Should not need any lift to fit 31s unless you are planning some wider than stock wheels or ones with less backspacing.

I would think that the stock ride height should be enough for the suspension to flex..........because the ifs doesnt flex very much anyway. Therefore I dont think you would gain any more flex from the body lift just more clearance.

Imo i would just turn out my torsion bar and throw some cheap blocks in the rear. And hey if your runner is like mine was the rear sagged a bit. The blocks level it up nicely and best part of all it a was $22.00 lift kit I guess it will work until I get more cash.
