Turn Signal/Headlight Combo Switch 1st Gen 4runner

Looking for turn signal/headlight/hazard switch to fit:

86 4Runner
-SR5
-Non-Turbo
-Tilt Wheel
-With Cruise

Apparently all of the above options matter for the switch

I have a 84310-04030 ... don't think that helps. Added note, the hi-beam toggle doesn't work on it, but everything else does. Here's the c/l posting: http://skagit.craigslist.org/pts/2812997608.html. I'll drop the price for yotatech'ers.
